JAMCO'S ALL NEW TUBULAR A-ARM BALL JOINT CONVERSION FOR THE 49-53 FORDS. THIS ALL NEW KIT INCLUDES: NEW POWDER COATED TUBULAR UPPER AND LOWER A-ARMS WITH BALL JOINTS INSTALLED, DISC BRAKE AND SPINDLE KIT, NEW COIL SPRINGS & NEW SHOCKS. NO MORE HAVING TO TEAR DOWN YOUR CAR AND SEND IN YOUR A-ARMS TO BE CONVERTED. COMPLETE KIT IS BOLT ON. NO CUTTING OR WELDING IS REQUIRED. NEW SPINDLES WILL DROP THE CAR ABOUT 1" . COILS ARE AVAILABLE AS STOCK, 1", 2" OR 3" DROP. NEW SHOCKS WILL MATCH HEIGHT OF COILS. 5 ON 4 1/2" BOLT PATTERN ONLY ALSO AVAILABLE IS OUR "BIG BRAKE" KIT. THIS KIT REPLACES THE BRAKES THAT ARE STOCK TO THE KIT WITH 13" CROSS-DRILLED, GAS SLOTTED AND ZINC WASHED ROTOR, MOUNTED TO A 2024 T6 BILLET ALUMINUM CNC MACHINED ANODIZED HUB AND A PBR C15 CALIPER THAT ATTACHES TO THE SPINDLE WITH JAMCO CUSTOM CALIPER MOUNTING BRACKETS. PBR C15 CALIPERS HAVE TWIN 52MM PISTONS AND A LARGER BRAKE PAD SURFACE AREA THAT OFFERS ABOUT 60% MORE STOPPING POWER IN THE CALIPER THAN THE POPULAR C5 CALIPER AT HALF THE COST. BIG BRAKE KITS REQUIRE LARGER DIAMETER DISC BRAKE TYPE 17" WHEELS.
